HLAC 1527 -- Rock Climbing I

I really enjoyed my rock climbing course. I wish the semester for some fitness courses could be full-length, though. This class expects a certain level of upper-body strength that I thought I had but actually did not. I don't feel I had adequate time in order to build up the necessary strength to accomplish what I wanted. I plan on taking Rock Climbing II, but I have a lot of strength training to go through before I do so.
I chose to write my final paper on techniques to improve strength in the main muscles used in rock climbing. As I am very determined to achieve the necessary level of strength to go further into the sport, I wanted to perform a lot of research on the topic. I am quite proud of this paper from a fitness perspective, as well as writing.
